From the web, tutors for the Indianola and Alton Darby programs are able to schedule tutoring times, view past tutoring, and keep there e-mail address up-to-date. Tutors are also able to select from a list of timeslots and know right away if they have the requested time slot and subject. With online scheduling, Adopt-A-School is able to manage the program with accessible and consistent information.
New tutors
Online scheduling is only open to tutors who are already registered for Adopt-A-School. To learn more about recruiting, our two programs, and signing-up for Adopt-A-School, please visit the Learn about AAS page. To register for Adopt-A-School, interested volunteers should submit their email address in the "Be Updated" box in the left side navigation to be updated on registration instructions at the beginning of the quarter.
Current tutors
Tutors who volunteered since Winter 2005 will receive registration information at the beginning of each quarter. Also, tutors who tutored prior to Winter 2005 can set up an account be emailing the leadership team. Tutors who forgotten their password can get it reset by filling out the lost password form.
